Borderland Hiking

Now that summer is here (after a cold winter and rainy spring) I want to take advantage of the weather and explore more of the East Coast. Kees and Faustine gave us a book with walking tours in/around Boston and we have used it several times already. I hope that seeing more of the nature, the area and the possibilities of Massachusetts, will make me feel more at 'home' in the States. Today we went hiking in Borderland State Park in Shanon, MA. A beautiful natural reservate. During the hike we went through forests, walked on water and ran through fields. http://www.mass.gov/dcr/parks/southeast/bord.htm. This was the 3rd trip that the book lists, 45 more to go..
